• Builder-grade fixtures in brushed nickel (vs high-end ones)
• Simpler tile pattern (less labor)
• DIY painting and demo
Where I DON'T want to cheap out:
• Waterproofing (no leaks!)
• Quality plumber/electrician
• Good ventilation fan
