I want to:
• Replace the vanity
• Retile the shower surround
• New toilet
• Replace flooring
• Paint
• New light fixture and mirror

I can do the painting myself and maybe the vanity installation if it's not too complex. Getting quotes but they're all over the place. Some contractors say $8K is doable, others are quoting $12-15K for the same work.

What did your small bathroom remodel actually cost? Trying to figure out if I need to save more or if I can get started.
