Need some wisdom from this community! 🤔 Renovating my guest bathroom (6ft x 8ft) and torn between keeping the tub/shower combo or going with a larger corner shower.
Pros of shower: More space, easier to clean, modern look, safer for elderly parents who visit
Pros of tub: Resale value (?), option for guests who prefer baths
It's not my primary bathroom (master has a tub), but I've heard it can hurt resale if you have NO tubs in the house. Though I've also heard that's outdated thinking now?
What would you do? For context: it's a 3-bed house with 2 bathrooms total, planning to stay here at least 5-10 more years.
